The original United Blood EP — self-released in 1983 on the band’s own AF Records label out of the Lower East Side of Manhattan — is one of the founding documents of New York Hardcore. Agnostic Front pressed 500 copies, sold out in two to three months, and refused to repress it. That stubbornness made originals holy grail items; clean copies now trade hands for hundreds to thousands of dollars depending on variant (the blank B-side label copies, caused by a pressing plant error, being the most sought-after).
This 2023 Record Store Day release is a different animal: United Blood Extended Sessions collects the full original recordings produced by Don Fury — including alternate takes and unreleased versions — remixed, resequenced, and remastered for the first time on a proper 12″ LP running at 45 RPM. Originally an RSD exclusive on clear vinyl, it has since become a sought-after collector’s item in its own right. This copy is sealed and graded Mint, from a highly rated New York City seller with 100% positive feedback.
